  • Please note that you can select “Residential – Shared Room” to share your sleeping quarters with up to 3 other people. However if you want your own room, select the slightly higher priced “Residential – Single Room”
  • It is also possible to book ‘Introduction to Colourstrings’ course day which will run on the 1st August with Géza Szilvay. Here, you will experience an overview of the Colourstrings repertoire by playing the most important excerpts, studies and performance pieces. Géza will give an overall training about the technique and philosophy of this Kodály-based string teaching approach. Lunch and dinner provided.

The Pat Wislocki Bursary Fund

This bursary is for those who wish to attend the Summer Teacher Training Course at the Yehudi Menuhin School, 1st – 6th August 2024. Pat was instrumental in bringing Colourstrings to the UK and facilitated the courses for 25 years with great warmth, passion and dedication. This bursary is dedicated to her memory. You can apply for the bursary at any point up until 23:59 (British Summer Time) 30 June 2024, when applications will close. More info here.
